Canada no longer requires the infamous app to enter the country. It feels so strange to be able to enter just with your passport. One feels almost like an actual citizen. It’s very refreshing.
Tonight, I’m grateful for Canadian truckers who made this possible. And I’m even more grateful for Americans being Americans and never letting things get to that point in the US.
Non-US citizens are still required to show proof of vaccination to enter US territory.
Unless they go by the southern non-border, in which case no ID is required, food, beverages and transportation as well as accommodation are provided free of charge. Just saying.
You do run the risk of deportation if you are European, though. Apparently “Pale faces bad, amigo” is the new slogan.
Really?? Wow, I had no idea. Even Canada got over proof of vaccination for travelers.
