Submersible Alternative

Even though there’s sadly no coup, what’s happening in Russia is so entertaining that I pity people who are wasting time and energy on an enormously less interesting Titanic submarine. The submarine is an equivalent of a traffic accident. It’s sad, it’s a bad thing to have happened but only a completely dead news feed would stay on something like it for days.

  1. It also strikes me that Prigozhin may be channeling many Russian’s frustration with their military, and to an extend Putin himself. Putin has gotten Russian in a very serious situation where the very survival of the Russian federation is at stake. All for a very ill conceited “special operation” that was never supposed to last this long, has maimed hundreds of thousands of Russians, and has done irreparable damage to Russia’s reputation.

I think there HAS to be a point at which Russians wake up or at least start asking difficult questions.

  2. I would love to know what you think about what is going on in Latin America right now, specifically la bukelización en los países de El Salvador, Honduras, y Educador. There was a pretty significant motín en Honduras that brought this to mind. (Idk if you take requests, but if you do, here it is!)

  3. Don’t you think the point was probably to distract from or avoid covering other more important news?

    1. It doesn’t look that there are more important news in America. Everybody is bored and clutching at informational straws.

And that’s great. Boring is excellent.
