It’s something like “new interlocutors”. Meaning that, enough with trying to explain ourselves to Russians and trying to understand them. We’ve been as obsessed with them as they are with us. Time has come to notice that there are other countries out there and start talking to them. But I’m order to do that, we need to know what they care about, what matters to them, what troubles them. This is a book about what is happening in that Weat we talk about so much in Ukraine without remotely trying to learn anything about it.
