The article is pay-walled but here’s an excellent breakdown (in English) by a Ukrainian professor:
It’s a thread, and you have to see all of it to understand the whole plan.
Obviously, I think it’s a phenomenal plan. It’s definitely miles better than the Democrat plan which is that there is no plan at all.* If I believed that it’s truly Trump’s peace plan, I’d be a happy, happy bunny.
Problem is, I don’t believe that a) this is actually Trump’s plan and b) that any results will be delivered even if it were. I already believed an excellent plan on immigration that came to nought.
But yeah, what a fantastic plan. It’s so good I want to kiss it. It would be amazing to have people with a clear plan that can be widely publicized in charge. And I mean a plan for not just Ukraine, of course. I mean a plan for America.
* If there is, I will be very grateful to be pointed to it.
We’re supposed to believe that the Trump who repeatedly threatened to pull the US out of NATO and remove US troops from Europe now wants to strengthen NATO?

“We’re supposed to believe”
We’re supposed to believe that there’s a connection between what Trump says during a campaign and what he does in office…. I’m not falling for that one again.
Anyone stupid enough to believe that…. still….. I dunno……
To put it in pop-culture terms, electing Trump is a like a box of chocolates… you never know what will happen…
He wasn’t nearly as bad as dumb democrat hype tried to make him…. but his time is over. He failed to complete or even begin realignment away from the Reagan agenda which was his only relevant quality.

Trump did it precisely to strengthen the NATO. And was successful. His goal was to make the European partners more serious about NATO and not expect a continued free ride from the US. He wanted then to get current on their contributions. It worked, too.

What???
Are you saying it’s Trump and not Russia’s invasion of Ukraine that motivated European countries to invest more into their defense?
Convincing yourself that Trump was playing some kind of 4-dimensional chess with the ultimate goal being strengthening NATO is the definition of being in a cult.

It’s not. It’s what Mike Pompeo and David Urban think Trump should do.
What makes you think Mike Pompeo and David Urban changed their positions on Ukraine?
Urban was Executive Vice President for North American corporate affairs at ByteDance from 2020-2022.
