Sex Symbols of the Left

God, these poor people. What’s happening to them? Why are they in such a state?

I’m beginning to worry they are about to go very mental.

  1. Emhoff is such a dorky guy and he actually comes off as emasculated, it’s clear Kamala rules over him and I don’t think his kids respect him much either. For some reason, people claim her stepdaughter Ella is a gorgeous model when she’s such a homely woman. In every picture I’ve seen, she’s always scowling or giving a fake smile, not to mention she’s very tall and skinny with bad grooming. I’m not kidding, she has dull greasy skin and armpit hair, the designers who hired her must have a weird fetish

        1. Can’t figure out if it’s because all the designers are gay, or if it’s just that all clothes look better on the rack than on a person… so they select for models who resemble the rack.

          1. “all clothes look better on the rack than on a person”

My idea is that clothes are designed in two dimensions (drawings) so the ideal display option is also two dimensions….

I might be wrong but the frequency of praise for models equaling ‘the clothes just hang off her’ indicates an unhealthy disconnect between design and wear.

        2. I haven’t paid attention to models since the 90s when House of Style was on MTV, it did seem as though the supermodels of the early 90s looked like Vargas pinups who were voluptuously with curvy figures. I don’t follow modeling anymore, one of my male cousins sent me a pic of Ella with the caption that he thought she was skinny and ugly.

My male cousins are Hispanic guys whose idea of a beautiful woman is a tan, curvy woman with a large butt and breasts, they think skinny women and androgynous white women are ugly. That’s why I thought Ella was funny looking to be a model, I’m coming from a different angle

    1. I think she’s attractive enough. She has a rare natural eye color – just zoom in on them in the first picture here: https://www.glamour.com/story/ella-emhoff-thinks-you-should-stop-plucking-your-unibrow-its-amazing

I like her lithe body – https://pagesix.com/2022/09/15/kamala-harris-stepdaughter-ella-emhoff-wows-on-the-runway/#1 – although I think it would look better without the tattoos

This is the famous picture of her with armpit hair – https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2024/07/28/kamalas-knitting-obsessed-topless-modelling-stepdaughter/

I don’t….. she’s just…. ordinary looking. There’s nothing remotely striking (in any positive way) about her face, figure or the combination thereof. She’s prematurely frumpy… I’m reminded of Ruth Buzzi’s Old Lady from Laugh In…

Either she owes her career to family connections or fashion is going all in on plain ugly….

I have nothing against her as a person, she might be brilliant and/or quite lovely to know in real life, but if she’s what passes for a model then fashion is in big trouble….

  2. Provocative opinion articles exist to elicit strong emotions and promote discussion, and this one seems to be succeeding. Claiming he’s a personal sex symbol rather than one for an entire political party wouldn’t be nearly as interesting.

Ladies, who would you rather have as your husband, father of your children, and co-parent – Trump or Emhoff and why?

  3. Well, actually it has been sometime since the Democrat leadership cadre has been particularly masculine…assorted soy boys, switch hitters, cross dressers, thieves of female luggage, and the like. Some of the fear and hatred of Trump is that, being even older than myself, he might actually say these things ;-D

      1. And Waltz’s male energy is not strong because? He’s associated with stereotypically male activities (serving in the National Guard, coaching), confident in himself, and seems like a good father and husband.

        1. Is this a serious question or are you trolling to be funny?

This isn’t something you can “deserve” or engineer. It’s a hormonal thing. Your question is like saying “why isn’t Whoopi Goldberg beautiful if she’s funny and a nice person?”

          1. It was serious. Since you bring up hormones, I assume you define “strong masculine energy” as “what Clarissa finds sexually attractive in men”.

            1. No, masculinity and attractiveness are different things. The actor who played that boy in Dune is mega cute but he’s anything except masculine.

Churchill was masculine and he was ugly as fuck.

      2. LOL, Trump and Vance may not send tingles down your leg, and their straight forward language may occasionally er, well, disturb some of the more delicate flowers amongst us, but both are clearly functional males ;-D

  4. I think there’s a political beer-goggle effect going on where those on one’s “side” are perceived as more attractive than they are and those on the other side as uglier.
