The Diversity Coalition.

To their shock, liberals are discovering that blacks and Hispanics don’t like women, gays, or each other. Nobody in the diversity coalition likes each other that much. Diversity is always a liability that requires serious mitigation.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about, look up Obama’s finger-wagging at black people for not wanting to vote for a woman.

  1. Where’s the Nelson gif when you need it? https://tenor.com/view/ha-ha-point-homer-simpson-simpsons-nelson-muntz-gif-16163203

Anyone with a brain knows this, heck, I see it in my own family. My family is Cuban and many of my older relatives can’t stand anyone who isn’t Cuban, they don’t like blacks, whites, other Hispanics, Asians or gay people, they’re more racist than most white people. Only liberals who live in a bubble believe that rainbow coalition nonsense, in reality most people of color hate each other

  2. What a circus the DEI circus is!

But most “White” Americans, especially if they’re women, cannot see it, ‘coz they’re ‘Muricans, ya see?

Most Europeans, and Asians, and Africans, and everybody else whose mind has not been ‘muricanised yet, can see it very well indeed, since it all hinges on a very unhinged ‘murican concept which doesn’t work anywhere else: Everybody Can Become An American.

True, everybody can become an American, but if you’re Shanghainese you’ll never be Congolese, and if you’re from Zaire you’ll never be Taiwanese. And if you’re from Japan you cannot be Tibetan, and so on and so forth…

Americans come to Italy (or Britain or Poland or Germany or…) and think that if they stay long enough, and buy property, and learn the language, and get citizenship, they can, and will, become Italian (British, Polish, German…).

An Englishman (German, Frenchman, Pole…) comes to Italy and not only does he KNOW that he CAN’T become Italian even if he lives long enough in the country, buys property, learns the language, acquires citizenship… HE DOES NOT WANT to become Italian: what would be the point ? He is what he is and no one can change that.

And that, my friends, is the fundamental difference between ‘Muricans (Canadians too, I suppose, but they’re already a lost cause, so) and everyone else, except that this American virus of exceptionalism has really caught on now, on the back of neoliberal globalisation, which is just another word for Americanisation, which is currently where we are at.

The situation is desperate, but not hopeless, and who knows, you and I might still live long enough to see the day when sense prevails. Until then, let us pray, pray and do good works, that we may not be found wanting when the day of Judgement comes.

    1. As an American whose parents are immigrants, I agree. The US really is the only country where one can become American, in other countries, if you haven’t lived there since the beginning of time, you will never be seen as someone of that nationality. Many Americans from a non-British ethnic background love to say they’re Irish, Italian , Polish, etc but people from these countries will see them as Americans.

Interestingly, my mother who is a naturalized American citizen and a conservative Republican doesn’t see herself as American, she still sees herself as Cuban. In her mind, Americans are white people with little culture except for watching a lot of TV, eating junk and frozen food and watching football, think of the Simpsons. Since she has a strong ethnic identity and doesn’t do any of the above, she doesn’t see herself as an American

      1. People can assimilate but they need to be surrounded by the native-born to do that. Once you go the road of ghettoization, there’s no reason or even possibility to assimilate. We are currently being told that ghettoization is a phenomenal thing and assimilation is evil but that’s a strategy that will fail even for its proponents. Imagine trying to convince a school full of Central American boys to respect “pronouns” and not beat up a male classmate in a skirt. Never going to happen.

        1. We live in a part of NJ where there’s a lot of Hispanic immigrants, but there’s also people from other backgrounds too. My cousins in Miami are very ghettoized, they barely speak English and live in a Spanish bubble where they only watch Spanish-language TV, listen to Spanish-language music and only associate with other Cubans. My mother at least speaks fluent English and knows American cultural norms.

My family in Miami is why I’m ambivalent about my heritage, I can speak Spanish but don’t identify as a Hispanic since I’m an American born and raised in NJ. I don’t watch Spanish TV, do it listen to Spanish music and much prefer British and American indie rock and alternative to bachata. I’m very uncomfortable around Hispanics who trash talk Americans and white people or blame colonization, since I don’t look or act “typically Hispanic”

My very controversial take is that Hispanic music from the Caribbean is overrated and Hispanic music from Mexico and Colombia is underrated.

“…women, cannot see it, ‘coz they’re ‘Muricans, ya see?”

Nope, too many women dare not notice it, because not only they themselves, but their mothers, and their grandmothers benefitted from are the original DEI, Affirmative Action. C’mon, does anybody really believe that changing the words somehow magically alters the reality of programs delberately designed to discriminate against superior applicants ;-D

  3. I think the extreme ratcheting up of hate towards white people in the last decade can be explained by this. A little bit of “wokeness” was always there but nothing compared to the constant WHITENESS IS EVIL type stuff that has become normalized now. When your coalition has internal contradictions and lots of infighting, you need to create a bigger than life enemy so your base can coalesce around hatred towards that enemy. Without that hate, they have nothing in common.

There is no other explanation for why race/gender relations have gotten worse in the last decade and the democratic party and the media it controls are to blame for it. They tore apart the social fabric of america to get votes.

I was around in 2001. People were chill. Can anyone imagine the Dave Chapelle show being greenlighted in 2024?

This is an amazing chart. What happened in 2013 (right after the first black president was elected) that suddenly made black people think they were once again living in the Jim Crow era? Nothing!! Pure media manipulation! And we’re all suffering because of it.
