Jail-worthy Jokes

Jimmy Kimmel: “If you want to vote for Trump, vote late. Vote very late. Do your voting on Thursday or maybe Friday.”

I heard there’s a dude who went to jail for making this exact joke about Hillary’s voters in the 2016 election.

I don’t want Kimmel or anybody else to be jailed for jokes but how is this fair?

    1. Where’s the Left that would get angry that the rich, famous Kimmel gets a pass because he’s rich and famous? I liked them more when they at least pretended to be for the working classes.

      1. I think we all did. And that is why they are now shedding demographics they’ve had a lock on for longer than I’ve been alive.

I also liked them a lot better when they were the anti-war party.

  1. Douglas Mackay was the guy who was sent to jail for making the same joke. The dem justice department knew the case was frivolous so they shopped around for the most favorable trial venue, and settled on new york. The argument they made for trying the case there was — and this is not a joke — that the internet cables that carried his tweets went through new york city. And the judge accepted this argument.

    Evil people.
