Good question. The goal of handing the next election in Canada to the libs has been achieved. Is the plan now to make sure that the libs win for the next three generations?

Has JD said anything about it? He’s not stupid. Has he explained this on some way? Because it’s become a daily obsession, endlessly repeated.

Well, I have no idea unless he dreams that the Liberals will be stupid enough to get Alberta and possibly Saskatchewan angry enough to secede.
As for his nonsense, the province of Quebec does indeed essentially have a tariff of 250% on its dairy products, interestingly the current estimate of the USA subsidy of dairy production per farm is also 250%, somehow I suspect these numbers may be related somehow, just a hunch mind you ;-D
As for needing nothing, last July imports of crude oil from Canada reached a record of 4.3 million barrels per day. Automobile parts cross the Windsor bridge a dozen times as they are assembled. Grow up, our countries are the most integrated economies in the world.

My newest take on Trump’s Canada obsession is out. It’s probably wrong (and it’s really so dumb I felt embarrassed writing it) but it makes as much sense as any other option.
