Informational Hygiene

The amount of propaganda from all traditional news outlets has reached COVID-era levels. I highly recommend practicing informational hygiene and being very alert that this is happening. Let’s hope that this is temporary but it’s truly a tsunami of the most egregious lies on every possible topic.

  1. I’ve seen the same. Very negative coverage about just everything.

I’m at the point where I’m just looking at the factual results and ignoring the rest.

  2. I used to check major outlets a couple of times a day, but now I cannot do it anymore, the information is totally useless. I am not on X or other social networks either. I find substack more useful, but even there one has to be careful about the sources, just a lot of useless stuff to sift through with some gems in between. The same goes for the news from my country of origin. I am wondering if the traditional news outlets have AI generating the texts at this point.

  3. I’ve been noticing the same thing and have been looking for a source of more factual, unbiased news. The two online sources I found are Straight Arrow News (san.com) and USA Facts (usafacts.org).
