Before anybody jumps to any conclusions, the little dude’s mom is called Tatiana. This is probably not remotely political at all.
The news reports tie him to a weird, notorious online Neo-Nazi anti-Christian “order” that’s probably deeply infiltrated by law enforcement and spy agencies (but under such circumstances, infiltration goes both ways). It would be the kind of milieu where everyone knows that everyone knows that 50% of them might be informants or double agents. The kid was probably in touch with something more sinister than he knew.
I have no doubt there was some exotic form of abuse the woman and her new husband were visiting on the boy.
