A Question for Progressives

He repeatedly punched these policewomen and had to be dragged off one of them. He’s not going to jail but people who tweeted something un-PC are jailed. Can people of progressive political beliefs explain why this is reasonable or fair?

  1. We all know the answer to this one (progressives love crime and chaos because that increases their power), but I’d like to discuss another aspect of this story. If you can be slapped around by a criminal and can’t protect yourself maybe a career that involves apprehending criminals is not for you? Women in the police, at least not the part of the police that actively responds to crime, is maybe not a good idea? Same with the armed forces.

Here’s a recent example from India which’ll make you cringe hard. Female navy officers couldn’t even lift a casket above their heads.

    1. That’s something I thought, too. There was this video with a policewoman somewhere in Europe being chased around like a puppy in plain daylight by a rowdy criminal. Civilian passersby had to interfere and defend her from the criminal. It was terrible. Embarrassing to watch. And extremely unfair to the civilians who are paying taxes to have a police force that can defend them.

What is this lunacy that men and women are physically the same? We are not! It’s a dangerous delusion.

        1. Nobody remembers anymore, but the original feminism that existed before all this gender crap believed that women shouldn’t participate in men’s wars because they are testosterone driven and do not advance women’s interests.

Hmmm, well, actually there are many Babylonian and Jewish references to female demons that steal, harm, or kill babies or to Lillith, a demonic creature that supposedly refused to submit to Adam’s authority.

      1. Did you catch the videos of the female Secret Service agents with Trump the day he got shot? It was such a fucking mess. They looked totally overwhelmed and completely unsure of what to do. Then a male SS agent stepped in, took charge, barked orders at them, and things finally got under control.

        1. Violent crime is overwhelmingly male for purely biological reasons. Doesn’t it make sense that criminals should be stopped by people who are physically able to do so?

    1. Trannies are not like real women: they are special delicate flowers (real women are of course equal even to burlier, taller, heavier men in every possible way, including physical strength and agility) and cannot be sent to prison.

      1. In the meantime, Maryland Dad keeps bringing joy and faith in due process:

“Kilmar Abrego Garcia bragged he could kill his wife and get away with it, she claimed in newly unearthed protective order request trib.al/vy6iAv4 ”

Such family values. Such extraordinary contribution to society. How will America survive without this guy’s presence?

        1. But wait. There’s more:

The ex-husband of Abrego Garcia’s wife, said in court filing he was worried for his kids’ lives because she was dating a “gang member”

Is Maryland Dad actually a dad, does anyone know? It’s getting confusing in this soap opera.

  3. What astonishes me here is the extraordinary contempt the British ruling class (judges included) has for white proles (cops included). French author and anthropologist Emmanuel Todd noticed it in his last book, “The Defeat of the West”. A white man who would have punched lady cops during the Southport riots last summer would have been sent to jail for YEARS.

No wonder British police officers resign faster than they can be recruited. They face the contempt of the ruling class, the hatred of the white lower classes (since the riots of the Summer of 2024), anti-white discrimination in recruitment and promotion, and the lack of respect of the immigrants (as shown in the example you gave, Clarissa — the Ethiopian guy whined in front of the judge, and avoided jail. Last but not least, British cops lost 20% in purchasing power in a few years, their salaries not keeping up with inflation.

Inicdentally, it’s the same circus in the British military (remember the “useless white pilots” scandal?) which is why I doubt that the UK will send troops to Ukraine anytime soon. A country which is close to social and economic collapse can ill afford military adventures overseas.

As far as I can tell (as out outsider) British society has always been characterized by multi-dimensional mutual hatred and contempt…. what’s changed in recent years is that the ruling class no longer feels any need to pretend otherwise….

I’m wondering when that change happened and if it was gradual or rapid. I have the idea (mostly unfounded) that it began under Thatcher (esp last couple of years of her term) and really gathered steam under Blair (with a brief respite under Major who was an old-school believer in self-repression and/or appearances).

    2. Seems like kind of an extreme mirror of what’s going on in the US: the top 1% aren’t just disconnected from the proles anymore: they’re actively seeking to eliminate/neutralize us.

        1. “who do they think is going to”

Story about a friend of a friend years ago…. FoaF was the daughter of a tradesman, let’s say ‘electrician’, who had done very, very well for himself economically and moved the family to an upper class (professional types) neighborhood.

Sometime later, late at night there is persistent knocking at the door… it turns out that a neighbor was having serious plumbing problems and just assumed that new neighbor would be able to fix it and could not be made to understand that electricians and plumbers involve very different skill sets and one cannot automatically do the job of another….

(Not the only example of this kind of thing I’ve heard but a striking one).

They just don’t think about it.

I’m reminded of the demise of the old servant system in the UK. The government poured _vast_ amounts of propaganda about how becoming a live-in maid was the best option for young, single women from humble backgrounds. They didn’t think to increase pay or make working conditions any better so for the women they were targeting becoming a servant was the last thing on earth they wanted to do.

          “…who do they think…”

Think? I suspect that these are people that have never actually used their brains and hands to build or maintain anything in their entire lives, they have no concept. My grandfather would call them, “dead from the arse both ways” ;-D

          1. Look, man, I keep hoping we can avoid the whole guillotines-in-the-public-square scenario. This is not making me more optimistic. An *intelligent* upper/managerial class is something that could be negotiated with.

But if they’re all retards with fake fingernails who are gonna do the “let them eat cake” thing, we are doomed.

              1. You would so love Mikhail Veller’s novel because it’s full of scenes like these. In one, a man brings to life the professor who invented the idea that economic equality is possible and beats him over the head with his own thick volume.

In another, a Russian dude gives Angela Merkel the “Hero of Russia” medal and then shoots her so that she wouldn’t reveal why she got the award.

In another, a group of enraged MAGAs catch Hillary, Bill, Obama and Michelle, and it gets really funny from there.

One should be careful not to throw the baby out with the bathwater here.

Choosing unsuitable people is a horrible idea regardless of their gender, skin color, any identities, etc.

When people are chosen because they can do the job, Israeli women had shown themselves to contribute greatly to IDF and Israeli security in general.

I’ll give a few examples, but there are more:

Peres Center for Peace and Innovation bestowed “medals of distinction upon 20 women and groups of women who have demonstrated bravery, initiative, determination and leadership on the battlefield and the home front since October 7.”

Tank commanders Hagar, Hila, Tal, Sarah, Michal, Karni, Ophir and Tamar. These women warriors killed dozens of terrorists on October 7 at the site of the Supernova party, keeping them from invading nearby kibbutzim.

Brigadier General Shoshana Mali, a veteran police officer in Sderot. On the morning of October 7, she opened fire on approaching terrorists. A grenade was thrown at her, and she caught it and threw it back toward the terrorists. During the battle, Mali was injured but did not stop fighting until her ammunition ran out.

Brigadier General Shifra Buchris, a border police officer. She took three soldiers from her team on an unauthorized rescue mission on October 7 in their private vehicles. For 12 hours, they traveled back and forth from the Supernova party to the evacuation point, saving numerous people from death and evacuating severely wounded individuals, all while risking their own lives.

It is a growing trend in Israel, especially after 7.10:

IDF sees continued surge in female combat recruits amid Gaza war

While women have been part of Israel’s military from its earliest days, it is only in recent decades that many combat opportunities have been opened up to female soldiers, from infantry units to tank crews to fighter pilot squadrons. Some of the progress has come at the army’s initiative, and sometimes at the behest of courts, or in response to public pressure.

The IDF added that this draft period also included a pilot program for female recruits to serve as combat soldiers in the Military Intelligence Directorate’s Unit 504, which specializes in HUMINT, or human intelligence.

  5. Thank you Stringer Bell for all the references.

Fact is, most intelligent people know these things almost by instinct; however, the evidence is now so overwhelming that if people don’t believe it it’s because they don’t want to know.
