There are two possibilities:
- Mossad is a highly professional, very effective organization that conducts successful operations all over the world.
- Mossad is the organization of absolute idiots who can’t figure out how to do the simplest things.
The truth might lie in the middle. But it cannot be both things at once.
If Mossad is deadly effective, then why would it use as its agent a guy named Epstein? Wouldn’t it make more sense to find somebody called Jack O’Brien? Kim Chung Min? Vadim Kirilenko? What kind of morons would want to conduct a covert Jewish operation by covertly using the most Jewish name imaginable? This is truly the “Trump is Agent Krasnov” territory.
Or were Jack, Kim and Vadim unavailable?
Now, let’s assume Mossad is filled with clinical morons. Then, the theory is that these dimwits are holding several US presidencies in a row under their control without slipping up and revealing this mega conspiracy. Does that make much sense?
The belief in a deadly effective Mossad that enacts the Soviet joke about an American spy doesn’t hold water.
Also, one has got to wonder how it can be possible that so many people in US politics and business should be pedophiles. And why these people, who have normalized the genital mutilation of children, simply haven’t lowered the age of consent to 14 decades ago and solved the problem of fearing repercussions. The same people who legalized cutting off the breasts of 12-year-old girls couldn’t legalize fondling those breasts? And resigned themselves to being blackmailed by Mossad instead?
Whoever came up with this particular conspiracy theory wasn’t even trying.

I actually think it can. I’m sure there are lots of branches and some are probably hyper-competent and some are total fuck ups because that’s how large organizations work.
I do tend to think that Maxwell was the mover in whatever was going on and that he was a front for her, easy to control with a stream of underage girls while she was doing whatever she thought she was doing.
But as you said, the real story is probably tawdry but ultimately trivial and not the cosmic evil that some want.

The United States has a large wealthy Jewish elite for whom the doors of power are open. If you were a hypothetical spymaster or information trader looking to create an elite brothel that doubles as a den of spies (which is an age-old phenomenon, political conspiracy has always surrounded harems and concubines), and if you had allies in that community, with all its access, you would have every reason to want to make it work.
If you were American counterintelligence, you might wonder whether Russia was behind Epstein. That would fit your premise, that the front man shouldn’t give away his ultimate sponsors just through his ethnicity. Epstein did have quite a few Slavic women in his entourage, some of them in important managerial positions. Furthermore, Ghislaine Maxwell’s father existed at a nexus between Russia, Britain, and Israel. To the extent that she inherited his connections, that would give her a line to Russia.
The problem is that Epstein’s mystery sponsor was an American (Les Wexner) and the people who bail him out of legal trouble are American (e.g. Alexander Acosta). If you dig into the world of second-hand intelligence rumors, the suspicions surround the “Mega Group”, a group of North American Jewish billionaires co-chaired by Wexner and by Edgar Bronfman, whose daughters went on to bankroll the NXIVM sex cult…
The simplest theory might be that the Epstein operation was a Mega Group honeytrap staffed by veterans of the Maxwell operation. Occam’s razor doesn’t necessarily apply in the spy world, or in human affairs in general, but it can provide a starting point for further analysis (or speculation).

I was just now scrolling through my FB that is filled with Jewish academics. All they do is whine about poor Palestinians, poor blacks and poor Somalis. I’d be very, very happy if these poor dumbasses showed a bit of tribal behavior and didn’t advocate for policies that are demonstrably terrible for them. Every time I want to shake them and say, “you moron, you will talk your way into pogroms, can you shut up for a bit?” And they aren’t getting it.
Maybe there are some smarter Jews elsewhere but the ones I’m seeing in academia are not that.

I did not imply Mossad created him from scratch. He could evolve on his own accord, and then he got an offer he could not refuse. Maybe more than one offer… At some point, once he developed his high-level clientele, he became too attractive asset for intelligence services to ignore, even for those intelligence services that would be suspected first.
