Don’t buy any kind of perishable food at Walmart. Bad idea. Walmart is for non-perishables and things.

Seconded, mostly. I do shop there (can’t afford not to), but certain things I don’t buy there if I can help it: ground beef, produce, breadstuffs, all worth paying more somewhere else. Publix and Aldi are acceptable.

Shrimp imported from east and south east asia (pretty much the main suppliers for cheap US stores) are grown in literal sewers. Avoid avoid avoid!
