Worse Than Rape

I saw this tweet at the time when I was taking a break from reading Days of Rage where the following quote from Eldridge Cleaver was cited:

This book was a mega bestseller, named as one of the best books of the year by NYTimes. The Black Panthers are celebrated as heroes by the Left, specifically at my university this semester where every freshman must read a book glorifying them.

  1. In more recent times: Jacob Blake was shot by police after beginning to turn towards them with a knife in his hand. Originally, the police were there to arrest him for domestic violence and sexual assault. Yet the left declared him a hero, ignoring the woman he abused, and cheered when he got out of jail.

      1. At least George Floyd didn’t die while getting arrested for harassing that very same woman. The Jacob Blake case is so egregious to me, even moreso than most of these trumped up hullabaloos.

    1. That’s just wrong. It was a movement founded by and for black women. And it benefitted them the most. Though part of the reason is because there are more professional class black women than black men (who love going to jail lol).

      1. Outside of professional activists, what black women are benefiting from more violent black men bring on the street?

        1. Who said the purpose of BLM was to benefit the average black man or woman on the street? It was for the black professional managerial class to gain even more (undeserved) power, prestige, and wealth. Which they did.

Next you’ll be asking why the DSA isn’t popular with blue-collar americans. Don’t they claim to be all about labor? lol.

    1. In Days of Rage, almost every name is similar to Axelrod. Every leftist terrorist who is not black is Jewish.

I asked AI which members of the Weather Underground were not Jewish, and it got upset with me.

      1. I don’t like that I’ve become a Noticer™, but it’s impossible to unsee things once you see them. Every insane civil rights policy, every strike against the american way of life, guess who’s behind it.

  2. Liberals actually do bellieve that. One of most heart-wrenching stories that exemplify this principle that I have come across.

While everyone is justifiably focusing on the brutal murder of Iryna Zarutska I would like to remind you of the story of Cannon Hinnant, a 5-year-old boy who was murdered in cold blood. He was killed by his neighbor, a black man named Darius Sessoms for the crime of riding up to him on his bicycle.

Sessoms would later claim that he shot Cannon because he called him “the n-word” an obvious lie that was somehow supposed to justify this horrific violence..

And the amazing thing is it worked on Cannon’s mother who felt compelled to run out and ensure the public that her son was not racist.

Her son was dead from the bullet of an unhinged maniac, but her first concern was to assure everyone that Cannon had not committed blasphemy.

      1. You see this so consistently with b-on-w violence. I don’t think it’s entirely organic. I think when the county team goes to notify the family, they come with a sales pitch for making sure whatever public statement happens afterward fits the “de-escalating racial tensions” template. Makes law enforcement’s job easier.

        It’s also dishonest.

But I think this is a thing that is happening in these cases. Some of them are just brainwashed and feel the need to protect themselves from the “racism” mob. But I think most of them have been coached, and possibly threatened, something along the lines of “Stick to this script or your whole family will be trashed in the media and on the internet, and you’ll never recover your reputation or qualify for a good job again without this haunting you. And you might be subject to racially-motivated retaliatory violence too.”

  3. A terror attack in a synagogue in Manchester.
    During prayers on Yom Kippur

Two people were killed while three remained seriously injured after a vehicle and stabbing attack at a Manchester synagogue on Thursday. Police shot the suspect dead, and two more arrests were made in connection with the incident.

The terrorist was shot dead by police before he managed to break into the synagogue building.

According to the BBC, British Jews are threatened on one side by far-right and neo-Nazis, and on the other side by “people who have a political mindset linked to what’s going on in the Middle East.”

    AND

German police report: a terror attack against a Jewish target in Berlin, planned for this evening, was prevented.

Three Hamas members were arrested while trying to organize the attacks. A “large quantity of weapons” was seized from them. They were planning a series of combined attacks against Jewish targets in the near future.

The prosecutor’s office confirmed the arrest of “several Hamas terrorists.” Seized items include a Kalashnikov (AK-47), various weapons, and a large amount of ammunition.
According to the German federal prosecutor’s office, the three suspects planned to attack Jewish and Israeli targets in Germany this evening.

In Israel Yom Kippur ended around an hour ago.

  4. Btw, just yesterday saw on the front page of one Israeli newspaper an article of one family which “decided to relocate, but returned to Israel after understanding that when press warns about the targets of terrorists – those targets are us.”

British police have recorded 3,282 anti-Semitic attacks against Jews across the country since October 7.

Israel estimates that Hamas orchestrated the attacks at home and abroad.

They decided to use Yom Kippur too:

The IDF clarifies that contrary to the statements of the organizers of the pro-Hamas flotilla, all ships were detained and none reached Gaza.

The expected arrival time in Ashdod is between 12:00 and 13:00. About 40 ships will arrive gradually at the Ashdod base.
The interception went calmly and without the use of force.

The main difficulty was the size of the flotilla, which forced the IDF and the navy to deploy hundreds of soldiers into the open sea on the eve of Yom Kippur.
