Stalin’s constitution was amazing. It gustanteed phenomenal civil liberties.

Stalin’s USSR was terrible and had zero civil liberties.

Constitutions don’t make countries. People do.

    But people following the rule of law laid down in the Constitution is what makes America America. We do not follow dictators, at least not until recently.
