No Film

I have no idea what you mean, friend. Is it a movie? I don’t watch movies. I watch TV. Speaking of which, N and I are rewatching Better Call Saul which is a masterpiece. The enjoyment of rewatching resides in the fact that I don’t remember anything at all from the show in spite of watching it a few years ago. Except for one scene with phones. If I’m going to remember anything from a show, it’s going to be a scene with phones. N finds it extremely cute that I don’t remember anything at all, and we sit there in a paroxysm of cuteness every evening.

Films are not my thing, though.

  1. I’m pretty sure “Balabanov’s Brother films” refers to Брат and its sequel, the even more popular Брат 2 which seem to be foundational propaganda for putin’s invasion of Ukraine.

I haven’t seen it, but yeah, the horrible ‘banderites’… it’s also the source of the quote “своих не бросаем”… though I’ve seen lots of videos from the front of russians doing just that (sometimes kicking comrades off of trucks or tanks in their haste to leave).

        1. Did you see the horrible videos of half naked Russian soldiers hanging upside down from trees in a forest? Their comrades torture then for some infraction or other. One was getting beaten up with a dildo while hanging naked from a tree. Absolute horror.

I’ve seen all sorts of horror stories being acted out in the flesh by russian soldiers.. (including the two guys told to fight to the death in a pit). If I had more time I’d keep tabs of them to repost every time someone says anything about russian ‘traditional values’ or praises putin for ‘protecting’ russia from the awful west…

            1. Aside from absolutely everything else, what kind of sick fuck brings a dildo to the frontlines? These are extraordinary degenerates with their chief priest who says abortion is fine as long as both parents are into it. Yes, traditional values galore. I wish somebody could string Tucker up a tree for a bit to see if he figures it out.
