Replacing Spain

These olive groves have been there since before Jesus.

You all know how I feel about Spain. This is a punch in the gut.

I hate these fucking climate crackpots like Stringer hates Jews… maybe more so.

Preaching doom and gloom and all of their wonderful ‘renewable’ solutions either don’t work or make things uglier for everybody (or both).

    1. You drive through Spain, and there are miles and miles of formerly beautiful landscape turned hideous with these things and wind turbines.

The olive groves are the patrimony of humanity. These bastards. It makes me want to cry.

      1. Yeah, Kid, the fools tore up fields of Almond trees in the prime agricultural areas of California in the same damned destructive do-goodism.

  2. There’s a dig about this in *That Hideous Strength* which was published in 1945. The baddies who work at N.I.C.E. are, deep down inside, nature-phobes. They have a garden with synthetic metal trees.

They do it because they’re evil, and they hate everything natural and good that they can’t micromanage.
