Too Little West

A month ago, a group of MENA migrants beat up a gay couple in the Basque city of Vitoria in Spain. They were released. Yesterday, they knifed several young people in Vitoria. It’s very likely that they will be released again very soon.

This is the future of embracing “the indigenous ways of knowledge” over the West’s civilization. Of course, there’s nobody more indigenous to Spain than the gay Basques assaulted by the migrants. But “indigenous” is a word that means the exact opposite of its original meaning these days. It means primitive, uncivilized, non-Western. It is a great and wonderful achievement of the Western civilization that women and gay people can walk around, unmolested and unbothered. It’s not the norm. It’s a civilizational advance of one single civilization. It’s a great advance, and I love it.

The reason why neither women nor gays can say that it’s not OK that this civilizational advance is being taken away is what I discussed in the previous post. They can’t bring themselves to say that Western is better than non-Western. They will get beaten and raped in increasing numbers and will accept the consolation prize in the form of rainbow flags and female superheroes in movies. But they will not transgress the foundational idea of leftism which is that non-Western is superior to Western.

The problem, as I keep repeating, is not that we are too Western. It’s that we are not Western enough. We can’t say, “fuck off, you stupid savage, leave my gay brothers alone.” We are siding with savagery against ourselves, against gay friends and teenage sisters. Because we don’t believe we are better. We believe we are worse. That is the source of our problems. The good news is that we can cure this without giving up air conditioners and dishwashers. We don’t need to dismantle the nation-state and dedicate ourselves to subsistence farming. Things are not nearly as bad as all that.

Oh Kid, I don’t know about that, we may well have to remove universal suffrage. The social contract is severely damaged, and those primarily responsible are not exactly known for accepting the consequences of their personal, let alone their collective, negative behaviors. The fear of the other, the self important endless nonsense about toxic masculinity has resulted in nations suffering suicidal empathy and the failure to reproduce. To be blunt, nobody should have to point out who built and maintains the West, and who they do it for. Does this make me a groyper ;-D

        1. Jokes aside, but we started watching a Netflix documentary supposedly about the manosphere, very excited, and then it turns it’s not about that at all but about some gay dudes of color who post influencer videos about crypto. Such a letdown.

          1. LOL, well Kid, I am certainly not the pro from Dover on the manosphere, I do my own historic research, but I can do a little better than Netflix ;-D

Try the films and books by Janice Fiamengo, a retired English professor:https://podcasts.apple.com/hn/podcast/janice-fiamengo-feminism-anti-feminism-and-common-sense/id1467481703?i=1000578892320

Or books and podcasts by Dr. Helen Smith, a forensic psychologist:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWPMC6cV7Ho

Or several hours of a young feminist finding out that things were not all exactly as shown: https://www.google.com/search?q=the+red+pill+movie&rlz=1C1GCEA_enCA991CA991&oq=the+red+pill+movie&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUqCggAEAAY4wIYgAQyCggAEAAY4wIYgAQyBwgBEC4YgAQyBwgCEAAYgAQyCAgDEAAYFhgeMggIBBAAGBYYHjIICAUQABgWGB4yCAgGEAAYFhgeMggIBxAAGBYYHjIICAgQABgWGB4yCAgJEAAYFhge0gEKMTkyMTdqMGoxNagCCLACAfEFN2ZZKyyUWJvxBTdmWSsslFib&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:ac80bbc4,vid:Q7MkSpJk5tM,st:0

And Kid, I put Fiamengo first because I figured you might relate to her ;-D

          2. Well, Kid, I posted a grand response with sites and the whole shebang up and vanished into the ether. So in brief. google Dr. Janice Fiamengo, or Dr. Helen Smith, or “The Red Pill” movie. I placed Janice first because she is a retired English professor so you might relate. I do my own historic research but the first two are ake it to the bank solid ;-D

  2. Great post. I completely agree with you, for once. Haha

At one point on my life my research on the writings about the Haitian Revolution let me to a similar conclusion than yours: the West punishes “Indigenous” if it wants to become too western. Needless to say the idea was not palatable to many presses.

  3. LOL, Kid, I just discovered the nonsense that you were talking about, Louis Theroux’s supposed exposé, “Inside the Manosphere”. He seems to have limited his study to the minor group that used to be called PUA’s, pickup artists — some of whom actually did indeed try to teach other guys how to attract girls. Being happily married, I searched the manosphere to try to understand both feminism and our legal system because of divorces amongst our friends and family. By the way, of the academic, therapist, and producer mentioned, at least two are repented feminists, all are happily married ;-D

    1. We didn’t get beyond the first 10 minutes. It was so disappointing. The idea is that the viewers don’t notice the hugely obvious racial issue at the center of the movie. We are supposed to believe it’s about men when it’s actually about race.

      1. Well Kid, haven’t watched it yet, but judging from the reviews, you did not miss much. Viewpoints were definitely gendered, but the more knowledgible knew that a few childish PUA’s do not adequately represent the manosphere. And more than a few noticed that female members were not even mentioned ;-D
