I went to Five Guys yesterday to get a double cheeseburger for Klara. The young person at the grill got a bun out of a package and two patties out of a freezer. She took one of the patties and put it on a large empty griddle. It was empty because I was the only customer in the store. She grilled the single patty on both sides, put it on the bun, and then placed the second patty on the griddle and started grilling it.
