British Justice

In the UK, an adult raped an 11 – year-old child. The punishment for the rape was a suspended sentence. The victim’s father insisted that the victim wanted to be raped, and the judge agreed.

  1. I knew before I read the article that it was a grown woman with a boy, it’s always this. It’s as though people believe all young boys are crazed horndogs desperate to have sex with a woman and that he is “lucky”, like this is Hot for Teacher in real life. Why isn’t this ugly slag and the idiot father in jail?

  2. Totally disgusting. A lot of teenage boys would like to have sex with an adult woman — so that excuses the crime? The law is supposed to protect minors from their lack of judgement, not enable it.

The judge is a total idiot, and so is the boy’s father. In many countries (including the U.S., unfortunately) the judicial system is by far the least accountable part of the government, with no real checks and balances on incompetent rulings.
