Congratulations! The destruction of unions is one part of how the world ended up in its current mess, making them strong again can help be part of undoing the damage.
And I’m wondering how long before you lose your temper and have a Norma Rae moment in the middle of a meeting to remind them why they’re there.

In the previous union I organized for it took until the third meeting. 😆😆😆
