A Discovery

OK, why the ef did nobody tell me I can stop giving formula already? It’s been a massive expense and I want to stop.

  1. The manufacturers of formula will tell you that you must give your toddler ‘follow on milk’ because they want to keep selling you the stuff. But yes, it’s unnecessary, regular milk should be fine, but not the low fat varieties. Small children need the nutrients in the cream.

    1. The formula we’ve been using is marketed as “toddler formula.” This was done to preempt the breastfeeding fanatics from persecuting the brand for promoting formula. So now there’s “Toddler 1” which means infant and “Toddler 2” which means actual toddler.
