I don’t know if you’ve seen it, but there’s a spinoff to Buffy called Angel. I lost a lot of my interest around the third season, but I hear shortly after that Spike comes back as a recurring character. It may be on Netflix, too.

Yes–looks like he’s resurrected around Angel season five or so. The first season focuses on Angel, Cordelia, and Doyle, who is an excellent character. Wesley comes back at some point. Faith does as well, at least for a short time, and Buffy stars in a couple of episodes. There are new characters, too, but it’s been awhile since my Angel binge.

There are also a series of comics books by the same writers that were a continuation of the series. I seem to hazily recall that they were actually pretty good, if you can stand reading comic books.
