Russian state propaganda has photoshopped Putin into an empty chair to make it look as if world leaders huddled around him for instructions.
Of course, the photo was revealed to be fake within hours because it’s super easy to search images these days.
This is how dumb these propagandists are. And yet we allowed them to overrun The New York Times, The Nation, countless other papers, blogs, and Facebook pages.

Even worse, this is “United Kingdom” in the real one, and “Russian Federation” in the fake one.

Anyone with normal vision can INSTANTLY tell that the picture is fake, because Putin’s head is so much smaller than the heads supposedly behind him.
Putin should have somebody shot for such incompetence. This image is as badly done as the pictures in those old Soviet history books where purged officials standing next to Stalin were erased.
Or maybe Putin is just a pinhead.
