By the way, those who are reading Hillary’s What Happened, how does she explain keeping around that perv Huma? Why was the campaign sacrificed to Huma’s diseased sexual preferences? This was the most mystifying part of the whole sorry mess.

    1. Unfortunately, she isn’t a slut. She is a perv, which is a very different thing. It would be much better for everybody if she whored around instead of staying so loyal to her pedophile.

        1. The only reason a woman stays with a perv is because she gets her kicks through his facilitation. It’s a sexual triangle between him, her and the victims. Think Homolka but without the violence and with a lot more money.

          It’s the patriarchal mentality that prevents people from realizing that in such situations women are as erotically engaged as men in victimizing kids.

            I’m not ready to take “secondary gains” to its logical extreme. You’re assuming that she knew all along he was that kind of pervert and turned a blind eye. I just don’t see that she’s like Jerry Sandusky’s wife, for example.

          1. Most Christians consider matrimony a sacred institution, even if it’s not a sacrament as in the RRC.

The man must leave his family and cleave to his wife. The two shall hold fast to one another and they are not to let any man separate. Why? It’s because it was “God” who “jointed together” the two and now they are legally married before eye witnesses and before God. Jesus warned that “everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery” (Matt 5:32). By seeing that it is God Who joins together the two, we get the “holy” part of the matrimony. We’re not responsible for the holy; God is.

            Your understanding of Christian theology isn’t all that complete, apparently.

  3. Who around Huma had a normal sex/romantic life that she could use as a model to diagnose her own and/or who could tell her what sick situation she was in?

    As they say, you don’t expect a goldfish to discover water.

    I wouldn’t say that all politicians are morally depraved and corrupt all those around them…. but I wouldn’t bet against any particular politician being morally depraved.

      My only explanation is Hillary’s age that makes her inflexible and little capable of getting used to new people.

        I think rewarding wholesomeness (by giving it a job) would cause profound cognitive dissonance for her.

  4. The thing is, it’s not like she was some super-intelligent political strategist who could contribute to the campaign. She was a personal assistant who got Hillary her coffee and managed her calendar.

    I understand that Clinton thought of her as a daughter. With her connections, it would’ve been so easy to get Abedin a high paying job where she could do her own thing, removed from the campaign.

  5. There’s one more thing I’m curious about. Neera Tanden, one of her closest aides and president of a prominent think tank, who has carried water for her since time immemorial, does not have a single mention in the book. She’s the platonic ideal of a Clinton Loyalist. What happened there?
