Right now in my blogroll: yesterday a worker for Amnesty International was kidnapped in Russia, stripped naked, and brutalized. Does anybody care about him?
I’m guessing not so much.

There have been a lot worse cases and nobody here heard of them. This is just the most recent.

It would receive broad coverage if Trump could somehow be blamed for it. But since it’s not about him, the media don’t care.
