By the way, very conservative right is surging in elections in Argentina and Chile. A little bit more COVID lunacy, and I wonder what we’ll see in Europe. Interesting developments await us.

    Europe has been on a path towards populism and nationalism for a while now and imo will probably speed up if anything. The way the world is going, South American politics isn’t going to seem quite so crazy or dysfunctional either.
