At the airport I saw a TV and discovered that some extraordinarily strange people are still watching those “January 6 hearings.” Or TV programs about the “hearings.” Or TV programs about the TV programs about the “hearings.” What are they, bored or something? It’s summertime. Surely, one can find better entertainment.

It was the airport– captive audience. I do think the airports could make a tidy profit by attaching each TV to a little timer box, where you could pay a dollar to turn it off for ten minutes.
