A Kursk Update

Inhabitants of the Russian city of Kursk not only don’t resist the Ukrainian takeover but speak to the invading soldiers in fluent Ukrainian:

Ukrainian forces push into the Kursk region of Russia and meet a 95-year-old woman speaking fluent Ukrainian (Kursk used to have a very large Ukrainian population).
