The anti-Jewish protests made Zuckerberg remember that, woke wife or no woke wife, he runs a risk she doesn’t once pogroms begin. As a result, he’s moving somewhat to the right:
He is rich enough for pogroms not to be a concern for him. Please.
A more likely explanation is that he’s positioning himself as more friendly to Republicans in case Trump wins, in order to make more money.

Pogroms are always a concern for a Jew. You can’t begin to understand this, of course.

Not for a multi-billionaire Jew. Have you ever been one?

Ah, the pouting has begun. How very repetitive of you.

Do you mean that it’s repetitive of you to call any disagreement with you “pouting”?

No, I mean that your reading comprehension skills aren’t improving.

Iβm saying that as a very rich person, personal safety and that of his family has already been a top concern for Mark Zuckerberg for decades. He has more in common with other American billionaires than with American Jews.
His safety and power are tied to his net worth, which is tied to how well his companies are doing. To him, the closest thing to a pogrom would be the government breaking up his companies or forcing them to give up certain lucrative business practices.
You keep going on about how billionaires are not like us, yet you fail to consider the money motive first when it comes to any sane billionaireβs actions.

Thatβs political pressure about anti-trust laws.

Nah, itβs essentially pressure about anti-trust laws. Many donors want Lina Khan to be fired.

I’ve seen this posited as a jockeying between East-coast old-money elites and West-coast new-money tech billionaire elites. They’re all globalists, and when it comes to the common man, it’s the EC’s 1984 future or the WC’s Brave New World (now, with Neuralink!) future… EC owns the bureaucracies, the old investment firms, the alphabet agencies, and MSM, and WC owns the internet, Silicon Valley, and at least some of the unis. Sort of a… Pelosi/Podesta/Zients vs. Thiel/Musk/Bezos/?? and various players still deciding who to side with. WC has appointed Trump as their champion. EC already holds the fort. Zuck just declared publicly for WC, but was basically there already. Some interesting sideshows seem to be part of that jockeying: the incident in PA, the Bayesian yacht thing, RFK siding with WC (while his family publicly reaffirm EC), Gabbard declaring for Trump after intimidation campaign from EC through its captured agencies…
I don’t know if true, but it makes as much sense of the situation as anything.
Neither of those factions is good news for the rest of us. Maybe bad and slightly-less-bad.

Neuralink is legitimately scary.

Yeah, best case for that is, it never works and gets shelved permanently. If they ever do get it to work the way they want… I’m fairly sure some of our more recently-deceased saints and elders have made some predictions about it. None of which are good.
