Zelensky’s Visit: A Gigantic Mistake

Speaking of punditry, I’m going on the Romanenko show again today to talk about Zelensky’s mishandled visit to the US:

We are going live at 12:15 US Central Time. I’m very sad for those who won’t be able to understand. Give it a click anyway because if viewership grows, we’ll be likelier to get English subtitles.

P.S. It’s getting a bit delayed because a spirited debate over the Volyn massacre is going on. One of the participants speaks Polish but all I can understand is that she is saying something about Russian hedgehogs. Or at least that’s what it sounds like.

  1. Oh, wow. That is not a blouse I would ever wear, but it looks really good on you– maybe the lighting is also better than last time, but your skin tone looks really good in this one. Hair also A+.

(again wish I could understand the language…)

    1. Thank you so much for the comments!! I have a new foundation, and wow, you have a really good eye.

I was expecting to go on yesterday, and I had a red blouse on because everybody says that the camera loves red. But the host and I were fighting over politics all day yesterday, so I missed the red blouse moment.

Really, really appreciate the feedback. I’ll get the hair under control next time. It’s raining here, so I’m all frizz.

      1. No, the hair might not be your favorite thing in person, but it works well on camera that way– the camera is low-res and takes out tiny details like stray hairs, so the effect is soft rather than frizzy.

–and a different foundation would explain the difference in skin tone– that’s a good one and you should stick with it.

  2. Curious, why do you think it was a mistake? I also think it wasn’t proper for him to insert himself (or being cynically used as a campaign prop by biden-harris, whatever the case might be) in the elections. Reminds me of the shit that netanyahu used to do during Obama. I mean, I have no love for Obama but how dare someone from our client state come to our country and campaign against our president.

Anyway, that’s what I think. Why did you not like it?

    1. That’s exactly what I said. But I was harsher. I said he was acting like Harris’s trained poodle. I also said, “if you are going to whore yourself out, at least do it in exchange for something big.” And nobody is giving anything big in exchange for this unfortunate performance, so why do it?

I read tweets from Mollie Hemingway, Charlie Kirk, Eric Schmitt, and others on air. And I asked, “what was the point of spitting in the face of the entire Republican party like this? What was the goal?”

Such a huge mistake. I don’t know who advised it and why but oh, God. At least, I went and talked about it, so I’ve gotten it off my chest. I know for a fact that one of Zelensky’s advisors watches this show, and I hope he passes it on.

That’s why I love your blog. When I’m bothered by something I need to talk or write about it and this blog helps me a lot. Whatever I write here is 100% unfiltered and 100% true to what I believe. I love Id-posting.
