Somebody flagged my old book reviews on Amazon as containing harassment, and all of my reviews were deleted as a result. Here’s the link to a review that triggered this. I have no particular need to post reviews on Amazon but these insane accusations of “hateful conduct” reminded me of the reality we inhabited prior to January 21 of this year.
Trump is wildly imperfect and often mega annoying. But, people, I’d much rather have Trump than live in the musty censorship of pre-Trump. Today it exists on stupid platforms like Amazon that nobody cares about. Without Trump, our whole lives would have been eaten by the prissy censors of the leftist regime.

I like that the “hateful conduct” wasn’t any kind of perceived “ism,” but just you were very mean about the book lol. The author is probably the one who reported it.

People were trained like poodles to perceive any criticism as “hate.” The word hate should be retired for at least a decade.

I suspect a bot. Harassment makes no sense for that review or in general. Why delete ALL the reviews? Amazon has benefited mightily from your free labor with actual words and reasons attached to the reviews instead of just stars. Try appealing, if it bothers you. Or leave it, because that’s time and effort you could use on other projects.

Exactly. I have no need to publish these reviews on Amazon. I’m very happy to publish them only on the blog.
The linked review was the one that triggered this whole thing. Then, a bunch of them was flagged as hateful. The only think I see in common is that the reviews that were flagged as unacceptable are one- or two-star ones. Several use the word “woke.”
But you are absolutely right. It does nothing for me to have them on Amazon.
