Did it work? They do have bots that detect customer complaints on X but I’m not sure if it leads to a successful resolution.

Still in the process. It’s a weird situation because I ordered a product from a US company, which for some bizarre reason shipped through Canada. And Canada had a strike of postal workers. My product got lost in the shuffle. And I really want it because it’s cute.
