It’s the leftists’ capacity to be completely sincere and even self-righteous about things like these that’s the most stunning. They openly support propping up real rape cultures overseas while decrying non-existent rape culture at home.
Simply imagine how many people saw this headline and found absolutely nothing strange about it.

They could pressure the country to stop raping. They could say, no aid in any form until rapes stop. They could say, we’ll sanction you into oblivion unless you drop these rape rates by 99% by next year.
Do they do that? Nopey nope. Instead, they keep sending money, ensuring that nothing ever changes and that these women keep getting raped.
