We are watching a TV show called Scandal, and what a great show it is! Interesting, complex female characters! Crowds of damaged, vulnerable men. This never happens on television. How great to see something so different and refreshing.

I’ve always found Scandal to be hilariously absurd. Good actors make the absurdity worth watching.

It’s a TV show, it’s not supposed to be realistic. Nobody would watch a show that’s firmly grounded in reality. The best show of all times was Buffy, and that was as unrealistic as anything.
