This is getting ridiculouser and ridiculouser. With every new cabinet appointment one goes, “Well, this is the absolute worst. At least, it can’t get worse than that!” And then you discover that yes, it can.
The whole thing has gotten to the point of being frankly funny. A cabinet of billionaires and a billionaire president elected to look out for the interests of the common folks! And they all belong to Putin!

It’s really phenomenal isn’t it? Every day the news just gets worse and worse. And Trump’s supporters are gleefully proclaiming that he’s “draining the swamp.” Trump IS the swamp. Ugh.

Almost makes one want to beleive in an atypical conspiracy theory- this, the allegations of Russian hacks of voting machines, that Trump and Putin seem not exactly to dislike each other…

This isn’t conspiracy. It’s corruption. During one of Trump’s stays in Russia he accepted an economic stimulus in exchange for good will.

How can you be so confident about the rule of logic and order in the coming tomorrow? Trump is totally a wild card.
You can predict a far right supreme court, a concerted effort to disolve the various agencies to which Secretaries have been appointed (an Attoney General who will slam bathroom doors shut, a Secretary of Education who will push school vouchers and fight teachers’ unions, a head of the NLRB who is strongy pro-business, a Secretary of HUD of will reverse Obama’s attempts at destroying neighborhood propertiy values, a Secretry of Labor who hates Labor, a Secretary of Energy who tried t0 say — but forgot! — that he wanted to absolish that deparment when ran for President yearas ago, and an EPS Secretary who thinks global warming is a fantasy for schoolchildren. Add a couple of generals who are tender toward Russia but eager to confront Russia’s pawns Assad and Iran, and to go after ISIS regardless of who it’s patron is — and you’ve got a very intersting next four / and perhpas eght — years.
