Two butcher shops? How do they compete with each other in such a small area? Or is the demand that high?

These are two NEW butcher shops. We already had one before. I’m going to one of the new ones on Tuesday to see what it is they are selling because they have a super fancy store front. I’m suspecting foie gras.
