For those who can’t watch: Biden says “the President of Ukraine… Mr Putin.” After which, Zelensky kindly and good-naturedly says “I’m better.”
Yes, anybody can misspeak but when you can’t string 5 sentences along without misspeaking, it gets annoying.

God, why can’t the parties get together and do a reboot of this whole election cycle? Both candidates suck, I don’t believe all that many people really want either one of them.

If both parties suddenly nominated someone under 60 whom I have never heard of before, I’d be pretty thrilled.

While I support and will vote for Trump in 2024, I would be perfectly happy to go with that plan if said plan would also include a general removal/new elections of all the members of the House and Senate, where anyone who has held either office at any point being ineligible to run for either office. Plus term limits would be nice, say either 2 or 4 terms in each branch.
I mean if you want to do a rerun, you might as well go all the way right?
Also something to consider, in a recent podcast early American history was being discussed and what was mentioned was that the first generation of the house/senate was made up of men in their 20s to 40s. None of this 50/60 years in politics nonsense. Also I would like to point out, until air conditioning was available, Washington DC was considered a hardship post. Politicians would spend as little time there as possible, because it sucked to live there.

I’m totally in on the idea of no A/C in government buildings. Lots of grifters would be weeded out as a result.

I grew up without A/C *in Florida*. It is survivable.

True, but consider if you will. Your stuck in a building with no a/c, growing more and more stuffy, trying to debate with liars and thieves who go round and round. Sure it’s survivable, but how many of those parasites would be willing to spend endless amounts of time suffering in the heat and misery?

England and Scotland were united when the king of Scotland became king of England, so maybe the conflict could be resolved if Putin abdicated in favor of Zelensky, President of Russia.
