I’m astonished at the profound ignorance on display at the SCOTUS today. Sotomajor and Jackson- you think giving T to a boy is the same as giving it to a girl? You believe a girl can go through “typical male puberty”? I am dumbfounded.

Do you think Jackson and Sotomayor are posturing for political reasons or is this because they are old and sincerely don’t get it?

Is she a moron? Old? An old moron? Or simply cynical in the extreme?
I could live with cynicism but what if she really thinks that “the choice of which sex to adopt” is a normal thing to say?

Morons. Sotomayor is the dumbest SCOTUS judge in history. Like eye-wateringly dumb. And since Jackson was explicitly a diversity hire, she cannot be far behind.

I’m with you! Supreme Court justice or not, what she said is truly remarkable. What attempts to pass as “good judgement” is silly. Another case of the Emperor’s New Clothes.

If athletes prohibited from taking body enhancing steroids why should children receive testosterone? The logic seems kooky to me.

–particularly when part of the reasoning for prohibiting steroids at the level of high school sports, was that the players were minors, and it had very negative effects on their long-term health.

Sotomayor is obviously both a racist and a sexist, and thus demonstrably unfit to sit in judgement on anybody.
And as for Ketanji, tragically, I suspect that even provided with high school biology textbooks, a map, a flashlight, and both hands, she would apparently still be unable to locate her own butt ;-D
