Finally, I ate the real Spanish cow tail. It was amazing.
Now we are in Portugal but tomorrow we are heading back to Spain.
Gas is extremely expensive in Europe, even more so than in Canada.

Fascinating how working class fare somehow becomes high cuisine. You are missing a Liberal traditional circular firing squad as Liberal wannabees call Alberta Premier Danielle Smith a traitor for pointing out that shutting down the Alberta pipeline would not just affect NE USA but also cut the lines running back into southern Ontario and Quebec. ROTFLMAO, you cannot make this kind of shit up ;-D

I just saw a video of the signature dish of one of the trendiest restaurants in London…. grilled fish head (actually half a cod’s head).

Yeah, and ribs. My grandfather had a construction crew, they only worked half a day on Saturdays. My grandmother handled the books, paid cash that afternoon, and then fed everybody with ribs; either sweet and sour pork with vegetables and rice, or beef with root vegetables and yorkshire pudding with gravy, all cooked in what we would term a turkey roasting pan. Ribs were certainly not expensive ;-D
