I don’t have a Facebook account, so this blog is my way of sharing photos and news with people I know. I apologize to those who have no interest in this specific story and these photos.
Here is the teacherly outfit I bought recently that scared N. half to death with its severity:
I totally dig the outfit and don’t mind it being scary because I’m a teacher. I’m supposed to terrify for a living.
Here is another view where you can see the neck-line and the pearls:
The posture in the 2nd photo is as typically Ukrainian as anything.

I love this outfit! I love the blue skirt. You are gorgeous. And you look so serious that you made me smile! Or perhaps it is the place we you took the pictures that made me smile!
We are paid to terrify students, right? I think I did a pretty good job this semester with my Spanish students:) My French students are teflon though.

I approve. Scariness is the best.

I do not see what is good about scaring students. On the other hand, I cannot see why anyone would regard this outfit as scary.

Maybe N. is afraid of any sign that a Soviet woman is about to emerge. 🙂

I love this outfit! I’m a huge fan of the skirt, but I cannot decide what thing you’re wearing is my favorite. I am not scared though, although I guess I understand why someone could find such a terrifying amazing outfit scary.

Thank you so much! This is unexpectedly kind. 🙂
I’m now wondering why my husband fears the outfit so much.

What is that jacket? I need one, I think, it is a brilliant cut.

It’s called Spense. And it is kind enough to fit my chest without popping any buttons. 🙂

The reason it is good is that the waist is at the waist. I have trouble with this in clothes being short waisted.

Spense has a lot of good things! I am impressed.

It’s also from Macy’s. Again, and I will never tire of saying this, they have everything in my size, which is unheard of.

Macy’s in my town is underdeveloped, at least in the shoe section, so I have not been inspired to go upstairs to clothes, but it seems I should!

I agree with others.. not totally sure why N. finds it scary. But I must say looking great 🙂 Make sure to daily remind N. how lucky of a man he is. Smart & witty we have known about you… now very gorgeous too… as i keep saying.. where is your younger sister again? lol

My younger sister is in Portugal with her family right now, but I’m hoping she sees the outfit.
