There was a house here in town, plastered with BLM signs and rainbow flags. Today I was driving by and saw that they removed all the BLM and rainbow signage and put a Palestinian flag instead. The old gods have been discarded to make space for the new one.
Just read that “The EU foreign minister said several European countries are expected to recognize a Palestinian state by the end of May, which will be hailed by the Arab world as Hamas’s greatest achievement in the war.”

Spain’s news and the Spanish parliament have been dedicated to this goal like their lives depended on it. There’s literally been no talk of anything else in Spanish media for weeks. It’s like symbolically expelling Jews is the favorite national pastime again.

“recognize a Palestinian state”
What a stupid idea… Palestinians are no more capable of running a state than I am of flying to the moon under my own power…
Back in the late 90s they had a state on training wheels and completely blew it. Many returned from abroad to contribute but where pressured to make payments to PLO figures and they left very quickly and then Arafat ended up calling a second Intifada which ultimately convinced Israelis that they don’t need cheap Palestinian labor (which is why there were thais and filipinos being taken hostage or killed on Oct 7…
Given Gaza with infrastructure intact the first thing they did was to destroy a bunch of stuff…
Palestinians don’t want peace – they want to kill all the jews and that’s all that motivates them and westerners treating them liek rational actors (like they tried to treat russia) just makes things worse.

Interesting post (reposted the paragraph that stood out to me):

I cannot begin to imagine Canadians attacking anybody on a bus. Were these recent immigrants?

I do not know and don’t think the attacked Serb knew himself

Canadians are so exceptionally calm that you can do pretty much anything to them without eliciting a response. We saw that during COVID when they tolerated things Americans refused.

Saw a video where people were chanting “From Ferguson to Palestine” LOL. I’m sure all the children of Gaza really saw themselves in Trayvon Martin.
