Ghana ♥ Ukraine

Maybe this video is a fake but it’s a really great one. Two Russian tourists in Ghana approach a local man and ask him for directions.

“I don’t talk to [offensive word for Russians],” the African man proudly responds in Ukrainian and walks away.

  1. What are the odds that this is fake?

Obviously, Russian media specializes in blatant (except anti-Ukrainian) propaganda like this video, but is the Ukrainian media doing the same?

    1. Thinking a bit more about the video, it seems very unlikely to be a “real-life” scene: Why would somebody just happen to be filming a very routine instance of a couple of tourists asking a passerby for directions???

      1. I think it’s fake. But the Russians deserve it since they recently declared that Ukraine’s PM Yatseniuk is a Mujahideen who killed crowds of Russians. Google his photo to see why that’s very hilarious.

  2. I don’t think it’s fake. In fact, there were 3 tourists (not two), one of them filming the whole thing and the other two looking for a restaurant and talking to the man who answered in Ukrainian. Quite realistic!
