As long as consumers can buy the toy that hit their fancy, who cares what it will do to actual children? Especially given that these kids will become life-long consumers of anti-depressants and anti-psychotics.

I suppose you are against “‘multiplex parenting’ with groups of more than two, or children created by just one parent.” But are you against gay couples creating their own biological children too? If yes, why? After all, saying “it is unnatural” is the same claim used by people who are against gay couples raising children at all, no?

If a gay couple or any adoptive couple excludes one or both real parents from the child’s life, that is, indeed, unnatural, cruel and vicious.
The only possible goal of all this is to simplify the adults’ lives. An experiment of a dubious nature and unknown consequences will be run on a child in order to make to overgrown infantile creeps avoid some minor inconvenience. Now let’s imagine how accommodating they will be to the child’s other needs if the need not to be a guinea pig is so blatantly disregarded for no reason whatsoever.
