In casual restaurants in the US, every recipe needs at least 90% less salt. In fancy restaurants, I’d say about 70%.

Yes, I know, I know, it’s to make people drink more. But it kills every flavor. I’m from Ukraine, mind you. Which is a salt-crazed culture. And still, I’m stunned by this amount of salt.

I had this mushroom soup in Spain back in 2013. I still think about it often because it wasn’t at all oversalted. Not by a single grain. That’s so rare.

I truly despair of the human race when I see people of all political beliefs reacting like trained poodles to the ridiculous dud known as Texas abortion ban. This is a distraction tactic, folks. You are being had. That ban has no enforcement mechanism. A private individual can sue a provider if they can prove there was a pregnancy, that it didn’t end in miscarriage, that the provider actually provided something that the woman actually took, and that it actually had an abortive effect. The only person who has a chance of suing here is the actual woman who aborted, and even then, any civil attorney with two days of working experience can defend this case.

There are no criminal penalties for anybody and none of any kind to the aborting woman. A woman can get her scrip and the two pills mailed to her from anywhere on the planet. Just like everybody who wanted an abortion did during the pandemic. Cancer patients couldn’t get treatment. But nobody failed to get abortions if they wanted. You know why? Telemedicine.

There was a long-term decline in the number of abortions in the US that was interrupted in 2017 and reversed in 2018. Every study under the sun attributed this to telemedicine. And what happened to telemedicine in 2020? Exactly. So let’s stop being mega-dupes and start paying attention to things that do matter.

The reason behind lockdowns and COVID tracking apps is to prevent massive uprisings when the next stage of capital transfer arrives. Remember, the majority of the population is to be lumpenized. The lumpen tend to be desperate, violent, and angry. So they need to be locked down preventatively. Locked down, terrorized, suspicious and fearful of each other so that they don’t organize.

Remember the anti-austerity protests after the global economic crisis of 2008-9? The engineers of austerity were paying attention. Global warming, COVID, racism – these are the tools they are using to make sure we can’t resist. Forced medicalization will keep people dumb and peaceful, locked in their fogged brains and chained to their screens. Depriving people of physical movement and feeding them garbage will make them fat and incapable of physical resistance.

I’m grateful for everybody’s compassion but, believe me, I’m very glad to be called crazy, menopausal, or a menstruating hysteric because the alternative is worse. People could realize I’m actually completely serious in my disagreement with the dogma. In medieval Russia, crazy people (or those who shrewdly faked insanity) were the only ones who were allowed to criticize the tsar, sometimes to his face.
