My town is getting a new Chipotle, a new Five Guys, a new Lebanese restaurant, a new butcher’s, a new entertainment arcade, and a new old people’s home.

We’ve been open since June 1 while the poor bastards upstate only started opening up now. So of course, people are moving downstate in droves.

BLMers have driven murder rates in Chicago and St Louis into the stratosphere. The racially obsessed are about to install a completely corrupt mayor in St Louis because she’s a good color. What are people supposed to do but run away to the few sane places left?

A new student wrote to say she’s off campus because she’s deployed in Ukraine.

That was a weird experience.

After reopening the gyms and kids’ activities on March 26, Quebec closed them again today. In the official communication, the authorities recognized that there’s been no worsening in COVID death numbers, yet they still feel that harsher measures are needed.

The public is ecstatic. This isn’t sarcasm. The public is truly into it.

For years, I lamented not being able to live in Montreal. Now, however, I celebrate it. It’s not a place for me.

The president of the American Federation of Teachers went on an antisemitic rant when asked to reopen the schools:

“American Jews are now part of the ownership class,” she said. “What I hear when I hear that question is that those who are in the ownership class now want to take that ladder of opportunity away from those who do not have it.“

How opening schools “takes that ladder of opportunity away” from anybody who isn’t a greedy, rich Jew is not explained, of course. The union boss wanted an opportunity to slag Jews, so she went for it.

She’s Jewish herself, so she’s the perfect tool to normalize open Jew-hatred.

I’m having lunch with a friend who is in STEM.

Friend: Everybody needs to get vaccinated for COVID! I don’t want to be around anybody who isn’t vaccinated. They shouldn’t have access to any public space at all. Don’t even come near me if you are unvaccinated!

Me (chewing loudly): I’m not vaccinated and not going to.

Friend (without missing a beat): Oh, that’s OK. You, I love, so I don’t care.

Another interesting point is that two Republican governors have been toppled within a week by the trans lobby. Noem destroyed a promising career to please this lobby. She was the rising star of conservatism but that’s all gone. Hutchinson followed her in the ritual suicide a few days later. They both know that there’s zero public appetite for child mutilation and that voters would slice them up like a watermelon in August. But still they had to accommodate the lobby.

Obviously, the trans lobby has very little to do with actual trans people. It’s the Big Pharma that’s buying up these politicians. Imagine what it would do if it had a chance to turn every kid into a lifelong patient. And how eagerly all these politicians would service that goal.
